1 Year Extended Warranty & Genuine Spare Parts
Warm beer, flat pints or a wine cellar drifting out of temperature? A properly fitted cellar cooling system keeps your cellar at the right temperature all year, protecting every barrel and bottle. We design, install and repair cellar cooling right across the UK. Our F-Gas certified engineers get the temperature, airflow and humidity spot on — so your beer pours perfectly and your wine ages the way it should. With 25+ years of experience and 326+ happy customers, we build for your exact cellar.
A cellar cooling system holds your cellar at a steady, controlled temperature. It works a bit like an air conditioner built for cold, damp spaces. A cooling unit inside the cellar (the evaporator) pulls heat out of the air, and a condensing unit outside (the part that releases that heat) sends it away. Together they keep conditions stable, day and night, whatever the weather does above ground.
Get it wrong and you feel it fast: warm beer, wasted stock and wine spoiling before its time. Get it right and everything stays exactly as it should.
The right setup depends on what you’re storing.
If you need a smaller setup, we also cover wine cooler installation for cabinets and compact rooms.
We proudly work with leading global brands to deliver reliable, high-performance refrigeration and HVAC solutions.
Stability matters as much as the number on the dial. A cellar that swings between warm afternoons and cold nights damages beer and wine alike.
Our systems are sized to your cellar’s volume, insulation and how much heat comes in from above. For wine cellar refrigeration installation we pay close attention to humidity too, keeping it in the right range so corks stay sound and labels stay clean. The result is a cellar that simply stays put at the temperature you set.
All refrigerant work is covered by F-Gas rules — UK laws governing the gases used in cooling systems, because they harm the environment if they leak. Only F-Gas certified engineers may handle them, and all of ours are, plus Level 3 RACHP qualified. Your system is fitted legally and safely.
We come out, measure and talk through your needs, storage volume and temperature.
You get a clear, itemised quote — no hidden extras, no surprises.
We deliver and build on site, working around your opening hours where we can.
We run the system, check it holds temperature and confirm everything is set correctly.
We show you how it works, hand over the paperwork and stay on call for servicing, spares and emergency repairs.
Cellar cooling runs almost constantly, so parts wear. We repair all makes of system, not only the ones we’ve installed. Common jobs include units that won’t hold temperature, iced-up coils, noisy fans, refrigerant leaks and faulty controls.
We also offer planned servicing to catch small faults early — cheaper than an emergency callout and a lot cheaper than lost stock.
We install and repair cellar cooling systems all over the UK. Pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and private wine collectors all rely on us to keep their cellars in perfect condition. Site surveys are free within a 50-mile radius, and we cover jobs further afield too.

Most beer cellars run best at around 11–13°C. That keeps cask and keg in good condition and pouring cleanly. Our systems hold that range steadily, even in hot weather.
Wine stores best at roughly 12–14°C with stable humidity, so corks stay sound and the wine ages well. We design wine cellar systems to hold those conditions consistently.
It depends on cellar size, target temperature, the unit and access. Rather than quote blind, we offer a free site survey and give you an accurate, itemised price with no hidden extras.
Most cellar cooling installations are completed within one to two days, depending on the cellar and access. We’ll confirm a timescale in your quote.
We plan installs to keep disruption low and can often work around your trading hours. Just tell us your schedule when you book.
